Looks like things are getting exciting!
And if you’ve noticed, I upped the quality a bit: cleaner and more consistent lines, and I guess better shading. That’s at least one improvement you can count on! I’m just glad to finish the last panel because it was really challenging!

I’m back again, apparently. Still alive from that typhoon hit us in the Philippines, so don’t worry! Hrm, been distracted a lot with work, and this new computer of mine. Been playing too much games. Expect forward to more, er, sporadicness thanks to Christmas… Also, I might not be able to update the one in Comic Genesis anymore, I kinda left the access details in my old laptop, which went permanently kaput recently. Too bad about the Drunk Duck mirror too, it might be permanently dead now.

Again sorry for the delay, but here ya go!
The last panel was especially challenging, but extremely satisfying to do even if it’s not perfect!
I’m also trying the new flash comics feature. Half the size and the ability to zoom-in, hell yes! Too bad for Apple users though… I hope the .png shows up at least. Just contact me if it doesn’t appear. I might add a real zoom-in, full screen and pan feature like the old Myan in a bustier, but it’s a maybe.

I’m bored with plain old Flash backgrounds so tried it with Photoshopped backgrounds. Looks pretty good so far. Also brought back the white background cause it’s to much of a hassle to make rounded rectangles for the panels.

Sorry if it’s not obvious, Myan’s drinking milk. Trying to at least. I dunno, whenever Hibi-Hibi’s appears, the comic’s prone to flashbacks. Maybe she came from Lost or something.
Drawing people is hard enough. Drawing multiple people in the same panel is harder. Drawing them on a table on a specific angle complete with background and props…. damn. Welp I’m still glad I did it and I’m somewhat satisfied with this, compared to my earlier attempts. Also trying out that leafy shadow effect, but I need more practice with it. And yes OWL MYAN. MYOWL. HOO HOO. I don’t really know how to draw owls but it was fun looking at pictures of them.
On other news, I have a job now. Don’t know how it will affect the updates, but it’s gonna be tougher to work on them during the weekdays. My current job involves sitting in front of the computer most of the day too… at least I get moneys, yey. The first panel’s another challenging one. I don’t think 1-point perspective is that great when there’s a wide view, but it is easier to do. I’m also distracted by playing Wakfu and The Walking Dead, durrrrr. I’ll try to update faster next time, like maybe on December 21 or something. Hope nothing happens by then.
