Lazylonewolf MJR KHK I think it’s a moot point, the implication is that the collar is cat sized when she put it on as a cat and of course the collar had to grow in diameter when she turned human or else it would have choked the life out of her, so presumably when she took it off it went back to cat size when she turned back into a cat or else she’d never be able to fit it back on again as a cat if it remained human size – so since it becomes cat sized again, a human wouldn’t be able to wear it because as soon as she takes it off it would become too small for the human to put it on. However, it could possibly turn other cats into humanoids.
