This one kind of reminds me of a favorite manga from a bit back, called osananajimi wa onnanoko ni naare. About a guy is relentlessly harassed by a fairy that keeps turning him into a girl. Of course it’s nothing like the same situation, but superficially it seems similar, because the fairy is roughly small form Hibi sized and of course Hibi is transforming him as a prank, though he doesn’t mind and it is intentionally temporary only as long as he’s wearing the charmed object of clothing, as opposed to the manga character in which it is malicious and he can only change back because he is magic resistant and can neutralize the magic with his willpower.
Oh yeah, those the semi/permanent pranks are the worst if it happens. And good thing Hibi isn’t like the classic elves/fairies which are definitely mischievous but more on the malevolent side.
